What kind of businesses is Beautinovo for?
Salons, spas, nail studios, barbershops, lash and brow bars, massage and wellness studios — and any small service business that pays staff by the hour and handles tips.
Does Beautinovo run payroll for me?
Beautinovo prepares payroll reports with each person’s hours, sales and tips for the pay period. You or your bookkeeper then use them with the payroll service you already have.
Can staff clock in from home?
No. Staff check in and out from their own phone, but only when they are at your location — the phone confirms they are on site before the time clock accepts the check-in. A front-desk tablet works as a time clock too.
What do I need to get started?
A web browser. Most shops use a tablet at the front desk for client sign-in, waivers and the staff time clock, plus a laptop or phone for the owner.
Can I use my own waiver or consent form?
Yes. You add your own wording, and clients sign it on the tablet. Each signed copy is saved with the date and time.
Where is my data stored?
In Canada. Beautinovo is built and run by Ravand Cybertech, and your business’s data — staff hours, tips, client records and signed waivers — is stored securely in Canada.
How do points and rewards work?
They are for your team, not a client loyalty card. You decide what earns points — finishing checklists on time, covering a shift, a client compliment — and what the points buy, from a coffee to a paid day off. Staff see their balance and the leaderboard when they clock in.
Can I assign tasks to staff?
Yes, two ways. Assign a task to a specific person with a due time, or add it to the shared task queue, where anyone on shift can take it. Repeating checklists (opening, closing, cleaning) and one-off jobs both work either way, and you see what’s done, late or missed.
Can Beautinovo take bookings?
Yes. Beautinovo has a complete scheduling and booking system: clients book online or at the front desk, and each appointment is scheduled with the right team member, service and room.
I already use another booking system. Do I have to switch?
No. Choose two-way sync to keep Beautinovo and your current booking platform or calendar in step, or one-way sync to keep a live backup copy of your bookings in Beautinovo. Tell us what you use today and we’ll confirm how it connects.
Which payment providers does it work with?
Square and Stripe. Connect your account and card payments are matched to the booking, the till and the right person’s tips.
How much does it cost?
