Terms of Service

These terms apply to beautinovo.com and to the Beautinovo software, provided by Ravand Cybertech Inc. (“Ravand”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the business that subscribes to Beautinovo and the people it authorizes to use it. By using Beautinovo, you agree to these terms. If you have a signed agreement or order form with us, it prevails over these terms where they differ.

1. The service

Beautinovo is management software for salons, spas and other service businesses, including an employee time clock, till and tip management, payroll reports, client sign-in and digital waivers. Features may change and improve over time. Descriptions on this website are general information and are not an offer.

2. Your account

• You must give us accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the users you add, the access you give them, and keeping sign-in details secure.
• Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

3. Your responsibilities

• Your data — you are responsible for the information you and your staff enter, and for having the right to collect it, including any notices or consent your employees and clients need under privacy law.
• Payroll and tips — Beautinovo prepares reports from the hours, sales and tips you record. It does not run payroll, pay employees or remit deductions. You are responsible for checking the reports and for meeting employment standards, tax and tip rules that apply to your business.
• Waivers and consent forms — you choose the wording of your waivers and consent forms. We recommend you have them reviewed by your own advisor; Ravand does not give legal advice and does not guarantee that a form is suitable or enforceable.
• Cash and till counts — Beautinovo records the amounts you enter; it is not responsible for cash differences or losses.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Beautinovo to break any law, to store information you have no right to hold, to send spam, to try to access other customers’ data, or to disrupt, probe or overload the service. We may suspend access where needed to protect the service or other customers, and will contact you first where reasonable.

5. Your data belongs to you

You keep all rights to the information you enter. You give us only the rights needed to host, process and back it up to provide Beautinovo. Your Beautinovo data is stored securely in Canada. While your subscription is active, and for a reasonable time after it ends, you can ask us for an export of your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

6. Fees and payment

Subscription fees are set out in your order or plan, plus applicable taxes, and are billed in advance unless agreed otherwise. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. If payment is overdue, we may suspend access after notice. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep Beautinovo available and secure, and we support it directly. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free except as stated in a written service level agreement. We may carry out maintenance and will try to schedule planned work outside typical business hours.

8. Our intellectual property

Beautinovo, its software, design and content, and the Beautinovo and Ravand names and logos, belong to Ravand Cybertech Inc. Your subscription gives you a right to use Beautinovo for your business while it is active; it does not transfer ownership. Suggestions you send us may be used to improve the service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, Beautinovo is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Ravand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for Beautinovo in the three (3) months before the claim arose.

10. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or end your access for a serious breach of these terms, including non-payment or abuse. Fees for periods already started are not refunded unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date; for significant changes we will notify account owners by email. Continued use of Beautinovo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
