Privacy Policy
Effective October 17, 2026
Beautinovo is a product of Ravand Cybertech Inc. (“Ravand”, “we”, “us”), a Canadian company headquartered at 231 Amber St., Markham, Ontario. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you visit beautinovo.com, contact us, or use the Beautinovo software. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
1. Two kinds of information
- Information about our customers — the businesses that subscribe to Beautinovo and the people who manage their accounts. Ravand is responsible for this information.
- Information our customers enter into Beautinovo — about their employees (for example names, hours, sales and tips) and their clients (for example names, contact details, visit history, and signed waivers or consent forms). The business using Beautinovo controls this information and decides what is collected; we process it on their behalf to provide the service. If you are an employee or client of a business that uses Beautinovo, please contact that business first about your information.
2. Information we collect
- Account and contact information — business name, owner and manager names, email addresses, phone numbers and billing address.
- Billing information — invoices, payment history and the payment details provided so we can bill for the subscription.
- Service data — the information customers and their staff enter into Beautinovo, as described above.
- Technical information — logs of sign-ins and activity in the software (for example who changed a time entry or a till count), IP addresses and browser type, used to run and secure the service.
- Communications — emails, support requests and calls with our team.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use the information our customers enter into Beautinovo for our own marketing.
3. How we use it
- to provide, operate, maintain and support Beautinovo;
- to bill for subscriptions and keep accounting records;
- to secure the service and prevent fraud and abuse;
- to answer questions and send service, billing and account notices;
- to meet our legal, regulatory and tax obligations.
4. When we share it
- Service providers who help us run the service (for example email delivery, payment processing and website delivery). They may only use the information to provide their services to us. Some of them may process limited information, such as an email address or payment details, outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
- Our customers — information in a business’s Beautinovo account is available to that business and the users it authorizes.
- Legal requirements — when we are required or permitted by law, such as in response to a court order or other lawful request.
- Business transfers — in connection with a sale or reorganization of our business, subject to this policy.
5. Where your data is stored
Beautinovo service data — including employee hours, tips, till records, client records and signed waivers — is stored securely in Canada.
6. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts and may be delivered through Cloudflare, which can set strictly necessary security cookies. The Beautinovo software uses cookies to keep users signed in.
7. Security
We protect personal information with physical, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity, including access controls, encryption of sensitive data and logging of access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep information safe and will notify affected customers, and the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where the law requires it, of a breach.
8. How long we keep it
We keep customer account information for as long as the account is active and afterwards as required by tax, accounting and other legal obligations. Service data is kept while the customer’s subscription is active; when a subscription ends, the customer can ask for an export, after which we delete or anonymize the data within a reasonable time, unless the law requires us to keep it.
9. Your choices and rights
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to certain uses. Requests about information a business entered into Beautinovo should go to that business; we will help them respond. To make a request, contact us using the details below; we may need to confirm your identity first.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
